One Year Limited Warranty

The DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier is backed by a one-year limited warranty.  Valid proof of purchase is required for warranty consideration.  Please refer to the details and exclusions below. 

The one year warranty covers manufacturing defects from one year of product purchase. EIGENSKIN will repair or replace the DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier arising from poor quality or workmanship. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. 

DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of product purchase, except for certain exclusions identified below.

EIGENSKIN provides a  (1) one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all of its authentic  DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier products from the date of purchase. If a  DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier was purchased from the EIGENSKIN website or an authorized seller and, at the time of purchase, contained a manufacturing defect or had been damaged by improper care prior to the time of purchase, then EIGENSKIN in its sole discretion, will replace or provide a warranty credit for the product for use on the EIGENSKIN online store. The amount of the warranty credit shall be equal to the purchase price of the product, but in no event shall the amount exceed the EIGENSKIN manufacturer suggested retail price (“MSRP”). EIGENSKIN reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a defect that is covered by the warranty. All warranty credits may be used toward the purchase of any EIGENSKIN product available on the EIGENSKIN online store.

Note that EIGENSKIN may change the models and styles of its products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any product. EIGENSKIN DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. 

Please note that because EIGENSKIN is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, EIGENSKIN’s warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  EIGENSKIN’s warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers that are subject to EIGENSKIN’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.

All warranty claims must be processed through the EIGENSKIN website. Warranty Claims must include proof of purchase from an authorized seller in the form of a receipt or invoice that clearly identifies the following:

  1. product model
  2. purchase price paid
  3. purchase date

Warranty claims are under the sole discretion of EIGENSKIN and failure to follow the required procedures may cause warranty claims to become void.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend getting a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping your package.
  • A warranty claim must be submitted for each product that is being sent in.
  • The product you send to us becomes the possession of EIGENSKIN and will not be returned to you. For all discontinued/limited edition items or special requests, please contact us at the email above before returning your DUO Restorative Massager: Serum Amplifier.
